The Parade portion of the tournament starts at 9am at the Highland Park Town Hall on Euclid Avenue and Drexel Drive, with floats winding via the Park Cities and completing at Goar Park, situated at 3806 University Blvd. Park Cities Pet Sitter can have a sales space at the Goar Park Festival portion of the tournament, and will likely be answering questions on the canine strolling, puppy sitting and canine coaching products and services they supply to Dallas, Richardson and Plano communities. The Goar Park celebrations starts at roughly nine:30am.
